AVL Technician
Kingdom One is partnered with Calvary Community Church located in the Westlake Village, CA area that is looking to grow their team by adding a PT Audio Visual Lighting Technician!
Vision for this role:
The Audio Visual Lighting Technician will provide technical support to all ministries of Calvary Community Church as well as any outside organizations that rent the facility.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year experience in church, theater, or live productions.
- Has a background in music or experience with supporting contemporary and traditional Christian worship styles, strongly desired.
- Has trained in the operation of digital mixing consoles, microphones cabling, signal processing, recording equipment, computer software, lighting consoles, lighting fixtures, and video equipment, is strongly desired.
- Has working knowledge of computers, current Windows OS, Mac OS, PowerPoint, and ProPresenter.
- Open to becoming a part of Calvary Community Church by making CCC their home church.
- Overriding commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
- A passion for ministry as expressed in Calvary’s statement of faiths and in agreement with our mission, vision, purpose, and core values.
- Seeks a closer walk with God through grace, prayer, study of God’s word, and accountability partner(s).
- Is a good steward of his/her time, talent, and treasure.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in set-up, execution, and tear-down of events.
- Clean, repair, deliver, reposition, and organize equipment.
- Assist in providing technical services for services and special events.
- Install, strike, and return rental equipment.
Pay: $22-$30/hour
