Sunday Producer

Kingdom One is partnered with a community focused church located in Pasadena, CA. This church is looking to grow their team by adding a Part Time Sunday Worship Services Producer.

Vision for this role

The Sunday Producers main purpose is to ensure a consistently high quality in sound, lighting, media, and live video for church services and events.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is available on Sundays.
• Has a ministry mindset.
• Is friendly and comfortable with communicating with leadership and volunteers. This position will meet with the Lead Pastor weekly to debrief and plan.
• Has a desire to invest in, mentor, and develop new and/or less experienced sound, media & live camera operators in running a church service and using the provided equipment.
• Expertise in certain production software and hardware (i.e. running sound on Midas and Behringer products (both FOH and In Ear setup), Pro Presenter7, and Vista 3 Lighting Software.
• Is familiar with video/switcher systems.
• Has experience with live-streaming in OBS/Resi platforms.
• Has utilized Planning Center Services App.
• Can maintain equipment/budget for the Production ministry.
• Is a self-starter/motivator/problem solver.
• Recognizes and embraces the value of teamwork success and individual success.

Our Ideal candidate:

• At least 1 year of Tech ministry experience is preferred.
• Worship/Musical background preferred.
• Is a demonstrated leader with a servant’s heart.
• Looks ahead to create a production strategy that will carry the church into the future.
• Is an excellent and collaborative problem solver who keeps the ministry as a top priority.
• Loves working with a team and is a team-player as they consider their decisions.
