Guest Relations Director
Kingdom One is partnered with a multi-site christian camp located in Fresno County, CA. This relational focused camp is looking to grow their team by adding a Guest Relations Director.
Vision for this role:
The Senior Director of Guest Relations manages the Food Service, Concessions and Retail, and Registration departments. While the primary focus is on the main campus, this role also ensures uniformity across all campuses in these areas. The job requires frequent interaction with staff (at all levels) and guests in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. The individual must remain adaptable, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about and demonstrates an expectation of a quality of excellence for guest experience.
- Is an excellent communicator electronically, in-person, and in writing.
- Has demonstrated experience of strong leadership skills.
- Can use creative problem solving to resolve issues that arise.
- Will monitor department functions in order to analyze and develop more efficient procedures as well as more optimal use of resources, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Can establish and implement short and long term goals and operative procedures.
- Will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with churches, group leaders and vendors as it pertains to Guest Relations.
- Advocates for the guests and acts as a liaison between guests and staff when expectations need to be met.
- Committed to the success of the organization through its people and teams.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is open to living onsite.

- Has worked at least 5 years in hotel or event management.
- Is a strong project manager who loves to serve people and is collaborative and loves to meet deadlines.
- Who exemplifies strong strategic, analytical, organizational and personal/relational skills.
- Has the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities in an unstructured environment.
- Can exercise excellent leadership skills in a team environment and works well with others.
- Evidenced commitment to the Christian faith and a desire to share the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
- Able to agree with Statement of Belief and abide by the Standard of Conduct.
